Dino Hurem has been building software for over a decade, with a foundation that shapes how he works: carefully, pragmatically, and always with the end user in mind. His technical range spans the full stack - React, Angular, React Native, and Flutter on the frontend; Node, .NET, and FastAPI on the backend. He has never believed in marrying a single stack, preferring to pick the right tool for the job and build it well. Over the years, Dino has grown from individual contributor to tech lead and consultant. He has designed workflow engines with complex state machines, built invoicing and purchase order systems, architected documentation portals, and advised companies like Regus and Alfa Laval on practical AI adoption strategies. Alongside the technical work, he has learned to communicate across disciplines - translating between developers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders in a way that keeps projects moving forward. Developing detailed business proposals and app concepts from the ground up, complete with market analysis, implementation tiers, and revenue projections, is another area he brings to the table. Building software is one skill; understanding the business case behind it is another he values equally. His philosophy is simple: write code humans can read, ship things that actually matter, be honest about timelines, and never confuse being busy with being productive.
